Passengers assured flight would depart the next morning once spare part had arrived from Jeddah. Blue Cube monitor this and note that flight would be delayed by 24 hours, passengers had not been updated. Blue Cube offer Plan B to fly Group Executive next morning via Dubai to London which was accepted. Blue Cube liaised with British Airways for a full refund on flight plus negotiated “out of pocket” and Avios points for the inconvenience.
